New cross-border gas and electricity links shall be identified to increase energy security in the region.
Growing electricity and gas interconnections require increased cooperation among transmission system operators. The establishment of a corresponding platform for regional network development planning, identification of projects of common interest, and information sharing shall be facilitated by this activity.
